摘 要:本文以结构可靠度设计理论为依据,提出了一种基于统计数据的混凝土构件承载力分项系数的确定方法。根据国内119组钢筋混凝土小偏压柱极限承载力的试验数据,进行统计分析,建立了小偏压柱承载力的物理模型;以本物理模型为基准,结合可靠度设计理论,建立了小偏压柱承载力的校准模型,按两种荷载与抗力标准差之比及考虑和不考虑构件尺寸变异性4种情况下计算了其承载力分项系数。将本模型与中美规范的设计公式进行比较,结果表明本文提出的校准模型的安全储备更合理,构件承载力分项系数的校准方法可行,且具有较大实用性和推广意义。Relying on the design theory of structural reliability, a method of calibrating the partial factor of the concrete members' bearing capacity is proposed based on the statistical data. A physical model of bearing capacity is established based on analyzing 119 groups of experiment data of small eccentrically loaded columns' ultimate bearing capacity in China. On the basis of the physical model and the design theory of structural reliability, a calibration model is setup, and the partial factor under these four situations are calculated:two ratios between standard deviation of load and resistance, and considering or ignoring member sizes' variability. The comparison among the calibration model, Chinese code and American code shows that the safety storage of the calibration model is more reasonable and the method in this article is quite useful and practical, which should be promoted.
