摘 要:结合一栋25层住宅,分别按普通剪力墙和内置短肢剪力墙两种结构体系进行多遇地震下的弹性分析与罕遇地震下的弹塑性分析,通过对比层间位移角、基底剪力、塑性铰发展情况和滞回曲线等性能参数来比较两种结构体系的抗震性能。分析结果表明,内置短肢剪力墙具有抗扭刚度好、抗侧刚度较小、层间剪力小等特点,在抗震性能方面有独特的优势。Combined with a 25-story residence, elastic analysis under multi-earthquake and elastic-plastic analysis under rare-earthquake are performed on the two structural systems including the original common shear wall system and the internal short pier shear wall system. A comparison of seismic performance between the two kinds of structural system is carried out based on that of story drift, base shear, developing of plastic hinge and hysteresis curve etc. The results show that the internal short pier shear wall system gets better torsional stiffness, smaller lateral stiffness and relatively smaller interlayer shear forces, indicating that the internal short pier shear wall system has a unique advantage in terms of seismic performance.
