摘 要:目的研究钟乳石的炮制机制。方法通过钟乳石炮制前后含量测定、热分析法研究、扫描电镜观察、FT-IR光谱分析、X-衍射Fourier图谱分析、微量元素分析及化学元素入血的比较研究,来探讨钟乳石的炮制机制。结果钟乳石经过炮制后,钙含量明显增加;钟乳石的主要化学成分碳酸钙部分分解成氧化钙;物质的物相、晶质发生了较大变化,而不单纯是成分的改变;钟乳石所含元素的数目和比例均发生了改变,均符合国家药典中的限量规定;与钟乳石生品相比,炮制后的钟乳石经灌胃后,血钾、血钠含量均有所降低,并在大鼠血清中检出了元素Sn。结论钟乳石炮制后质变疏松,易于粉碎和煎出有效成分,并且炮制有减毒、增效的作用,表明钟乳石的炮制有一定意义。OBJECTIVE To study the processing mechanism of Stalactitum. METHODS The mechanism of Stalactitum was explored by comparative studying on determination, thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscope observation, FT-IR spectrum analysis, X-ray diffraction Fourier spectrum analysis, analysis of trace elements and chemical elements in blood of Stalactitum before and after processing. RESULTS After being processed, the assay of calcium in Stalactiturn was increased obviously, its main chemical component CaCO3 was decomposed into CaO partially, meanwhile, it was not the simple change of the components of Stalactitum, but significant changes of its phase and crystalloid. The number and proportion of the elements in Stalactitum were also changed, the content of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in Stalactitum were all accord with the limit regulations of China pharmacopoeia. Compared with raw Stalactitum, the concentrations of K and Na in blood in processing Stalactitum group were decreased, and Sn was detected in serum of rats. CONCLUSION The experimental studies show that after being processed, the texture of Stalactitum is loose which means grinding turned to easy, the effective components can be extracted easily. Processing has the function of decreasing toxicity and synergism. The results show that the processing on Stalactitum has certain significance.
