摘 要:目的:建立丹参中隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法采用微乳液相色谱法。色谱柱:DiamonsalC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.14mol·L-1十二烷基硫酸钠-1.08mol·L-1正丁醇-0.070mol·L-1正辛烷-水微乳;流速:0.7mL·min-1;柱温:室温;检测波长:270nm。结果隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA分别在0.962~38.48和1.022~40.88μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.9995;平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为96.5%和97.2%,RSD分别为2.71%和1.69%。结论该方法准确,简单易行,可用于丹参药材中2种有效成分的含量分析。Objective To develop an MELC method for determining cryptotanshinone and tanshinone in Salviamiltiorrhiza simulta-neously .Methods A Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4 .6 mm ,5 μm) was used ,and the mobile phase consisted of 0 .14 mol · L-1 SDS-1 .08 mol · L -1 n-butanol-0 .070 mol · L -1 n-octane-water at a flow rate of 0 .7 mL · min-1 .The column temperature was room temperature ,and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm .Results The linear range of cryptotanshinone and tanshinoneⅡA were within 0 .962-38 .48 and 1 .022-40 .88 μg ,respectively .The correlation coefficient r were 0 .999 5 and 0 .999 8 ,respec-tively .The average recoveries (n=6) were 96 .5% with RSD=2 .71% (n=6) and 97 .2% with RSD=1 .69% (n=6) .Conclu-sion This method was simple ,accurate and reliable ,and could be applied in the determination of the two components in Salvia miltiorrhiz a .
