摘 要:目的建立一种适合纯化不同基原的秦皮药材中秦皮甲素和秦皮苷的工艺。方法以D101C大孔树脂为分离和纯化载体,以秦皮甲素和秦皮苷的含量为指标,建立并评价相关工艺参数。结果按照建立的工艺,分别以3种基原的秦皮药材为材料,采用确定的工艺处理,提取物中秦皮甲素和秦皮苷的转移率达到了80%以上,其质量分数可以提高5倍。结论该工艺适合多种基原的秦皮中秦皮甲素和秦皮苷的纯化。Objective To investigate the separation and purification technique of aesculin and fraxin from ash bark of 3 different bo-tanical origins by macroporous resin .Methods Different types of macroporous resin were used for adsorpting .HPLC was used for simultaneous determination of aesculin and fraxin and the results were used as main index to investigate the technique parame-ters .Then the result was verified by process validation experiments .Results D101C was used to separate and purify aesculin and fraxin from the different ash bark .Under the optimized conditions ,the recovery rate of aesculin and fraxin was more than 80%and the content can be increased five-fold .Conclusion This method was suitable for the purification of aesculin and fraxin from ash bark of different botanical origins .
