柚皮苷口腔黏附片的制备及体外释放度研究

摘　　要：目的制备柚皮苷口腔黏附片,考察其体外释放度。方法以卡波姆940、HPMC K4M为生物黏附材料,采用粉末直接压片法制备柚皮苷口腔黏附片。在溶出介质为含5.0g·L-1十二烷基硫酸钠的500mL水溶液、转速为50r·min-1的条件下,用转篮法测定柚皮苷黏附片释放度。结果柚皮苷口腔黏附片可持续释放10h,释放率达到90%以上。结论柚皮苷口腔黏附片释放效果符合设计要求。Objective To prepare Naringin Buccal Adhesive Tablets and to investigate the drug release feature of Buccal Adhesive Tablets in vitro .Methods Naringin Buccal Adhesive Tablets were prepared by direct compression technique by using HPMC K4M and Carbomer 940 as mucoadhesive polymers .Drug release of the mucoadhesive tablets in vitro were investigated by the basket method ,employing 500 mL water containing 5 .0 g · L -1 sodium dodecyl sulfate as dissolution medium at 50 r · min-1 . Results From Buccal Adhesive Tablets ,naringein was slowly released over a period of 10 h ,and the maximum accumulative re-lease of naringin reached more than 90% .Conclusion The release profiles of Buccal Adhesive Tablets comply with the general re-quirements of the design .
