我院104例中药注射液不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的：了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的特点及规律，为临床提供一定的数据资料。方法收集我院2007年1月～2012年11月104例中药注射液出现不良反应事件的报告，分别从患者性别与年龄分布、发生时间、既往过敏史、原患疾病、不良反应累及的器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行整理分析。结果104例中药注射液引起的不良反应报告中，男性36名，女性68名，年龄在2～80岁之间，平均48．18±18．92岁，有33例发生在1d内，有2例较重，其余较轻，但累及机体多个系统。结论应加强ADR监测，提高临床医师、药师对中药制剂不良反应的认识，促进临床合理用药，保障患者用药安全。Objective To study the characteristics of the adverse drug reactions in a hospital and to further improve the clinical appli-cation .Methods 104 ADR case reports collected from January 2007 to November 2012 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of patient gender and age distribution ,time of occurrence ,previous history of allergy ,the original illness ,adverse reac-tions involving the organs or systems and clinical manifestations .Results Reports of 104 cases of adverse reactions caused by Chi-nese medicine injection were as follows ：the male 36 ,female 68 ,aged between 2-80 years ,mean 48 .18 ± 18 .92 years ,with 33 ca-ses occurring in less than 1 day .There were two severe cases ,and the remaining were lighter ,but involving multiple body sys-tems .Conclusion ADR monitoring should be strengthened to improve the rational drug use .
