句容市2002-2012年艾滋病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解句容市艾滋病疫情特点和流行趋势,为探索艾滋病防控工作提供科学依据。方法通过艾滋病综合防治信息系统收集2002-2012年艾滋病疫情资料,并进行统计分析。结果句容市艾滋病疫情分布范围广泛,病例大多呈散发态势,且以输入性为多。2005年起病例数逐年增加。感染者主要是20~49岁青壮年,占91.5%,总体文化程度较低,流动性强。传播途径以性传播为主,占53.7%。尤其是近些年来自于四川凉山州的流动人群中,HIV感染率较高,他们中的绝大多数为吸毒传播所致。结论句容市艾滋病疫情呈明显上升趋势;流动人口在本地的疫情形势不容乐观,相关部门需密切配合,做好流动人群的HIV防控工作。Objective The purpose of this research was to understand the epidemiological characteristics and trends of AIDS in Jurong city, in order to provide scientific evidence for AIDS prevention and control. Methods The epidemiologieal data of HIV/AIDS in Jurong city from 2002 to 2012 were analyzed according to the guidelines from national disease monitoring information reporting system. Results The epidemic eases of AIDS in Jurong city were widely distributed. The majority of eases were sporadic and imported. The number of cases increased year by year since 2005. Infections were mainly among young adults from 20 to 49 years old, accounting for 91.5% of all the cases, with a low education background and high mobility. The main route of transmission was sexual transmission, accounting for 53.7%. Especially, the HIV infection rate was very high among the mobile population from Liangshan Sichuan in recent years. Most of the positive mobile cases from Liangshan were infected with HIV because of using drug. Conclusion The AIDS epidemic in Jurong city is on the rise. The local epidemic situation is not optimistic among the mobile population. Therefore the relevant public sectors should cooperate closely for a better and more effective HIV prevention and control in mobile population.
