摘　　要：目的探讨MMP-7和VEGF在子宫腺肌病患者内膜-肌层界面(EMI)的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对40例子宫腺肌病(实验组)和40例子宫肌瘤(对照组)患者的EMI及远肌层分别进行MMP-7和VEGF组织标记及分析。结果腺肌病组EMI处MMP-7的表达显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;增殖期和分泌期其表达强度均高于远肌层,差异有统计学意义(Z=6.12,P<0.05;Z=7.60,P<0.05)。腺肌病组VEGF在EMI的表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;增殖期和分泌期其表达强度均高于远肌层,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.848,P<0.01;χ2=8.508,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF和MMP-7可能协同作用参与了子宫腺肌病的发生和发展。Objective The study was conducted to investigate the expression and significance of MMP-7 and VEGF at the endometrium-myometrium interface （EMI） in patients with adenomyosis. Methods MMP-7 and VEGF at the EMI and in the distal muscle layer of 40 patients with adenomyosis （experimental group） and 40 patients with fibroid （control group） were stained and analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of MMP-7 was significantly higher at the EMI of the adenomyosis group than that of the control group, and the expression at the EMI was significantly higher than that at the distal muscle layer at the proliferation and secretion phases （Z=6.12, P〈0.05, Z=7.60, P〈0.05）. Similarly, the expression of VEGF at the EMI of the adenomyosis group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the expression at the EMI was significantly higher than that at the distal muscle layer at the proliferation and secretion phases （χ2=13.848, P〈0.01; χ2=8.508, P〈0.05）. Conclusion VEGF and MMP-7 may be synergistically involved in the initiation and progression of adenomyosis.
