摘 要:目的了解念珠性阴道炎与性病相关的微生物病原体感染分布情况及相互关系。方法收集516例阴道拭子,采用不同的方法测定念珠菌与阴道毛滴虫、沙眼衣原体、淋病奈瑟菌、人型支原体、生殖支原体和解脲支原体。结果念珠菌性阴道炎时生殖支原体、解脲支原体和沙眼衣原体检出率最高(P<0.05),淋病奈瑟菌检出率低。结论念珠性阴道炎感染与病原微生物之间相互有关,其疾病机制有待于进一步研究。Objective The aim of this research was to study the distribution and relationship of candida vaginitis and venereal disease related microbial pathogen infections, in order to understand the corresponding relationships. Methods Five hundred and sixteen vaginal secretion samples were collected and different approaches were used to determine whether the samples were infected with candida vaginitis, Trichomonas vaginalis, Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Mycoplasma hominis, and Mycoplasma genitalium. Results For the person with candida vaginitis infection, the detection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis were the highest (P〈0.05), while the detection rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae was the lowest. Conclusions The infection of candida vaginitis and pathogenic microorganisms are interrelated, while the pathological mechanism of the disease has to be further studied.
