摘 要:目的探讨TBL教学模式在医学本科学生中的可行性以及教学效果。方法在临床医学检验专业中初步实施TBL教学模式,采用调查问卷和课间询问的方式获得数据资料,分析TBL教学改革在医学检验专业中的实施效果。结果 TBL教学法提高了学生学习的主动性和积极性。结论 TBL教学法有利于学生的个人发展,适应了当代社会对综合性素质人才培养的要求,但在实施过程中也存在一些难点,在医学本科生中开展应循序渐进,逐步推广。Objective The study aimed to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of TBL teaching model on undergraduate medical students. Methods TBL teaching model was preliminarily implemented in teaching students majoring in clinical laboratory medicine. Data for the study was obtained by questionnaire survey and in-class Q&A and was analyzed for the effectiveness of the implementation of TBL teaching reform in clinical laboratory medicine. Results TBL teaching model prompted students to become more active and enthusiastic about learning. Conclusion TBL teaching model is beneficial for students' personal developments and meets the demand for cultivating comprehensive quality talents of the contemporary society. However, there has been obstacles in the implementation process; therefore, the implementation and popularization of TBL among medical undergraduates should be carried out in a slow but steady pace.
