摘 要:文章阐述了调浆环节作为煤泥浮选过程起点的重要性,对最近业内涌现出的新方法和新设备进行了归纳与评述,对调浆技术和设备的发展趋势做出了预测并给出了建议。指出机械搅拌式调浆理论在继续纵深发展和丰富,如高剪切调浆(HIC)、多级调浆、多轴调浆等;新的矿浆预处理方法被不断地引入,如加压法、电化学法、超声波法等;新型设备层出不穷,但目前调浆设备仍以机械搅拌式为主,其它新型调浆技术在转化为生产力之前还需要进一步的理论研究和论证。The paper analyzed the significance of slurry conditioning, summarized and reviewed new methods and equipment in this area, offered some prediction and suggestion about the development trend of conditioning technology and equipment, and pointed out that, the mechanical agitation conditioning theory was being furthered and richened, with new technology emerging, such as high intensity conditioning (HIC), multi -stage conditioning and multispindle conditioning. And as new conditioning methods constantly introduced, such as pressurization, electrochemical and ultrasonic treatment, the conditioning equipment developed greatly, but currently, most condition equipment was still mechanical agitation type. Before the industrialized application of the new conditioning methods, theoretical research and demonstration should be furthered.
