摘  要:采用爆破方法可有效地增加深水井出水量。深水井增加出水量爆破的关键是药量计算和裂隙长度的估算。根据经验确定了深水井爆破装药量。以岩石爆破破碎理论为依据,通过理论计算得到了压缩区和裂隙区半径分别为0.37 m和1.62 m。基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元数值模拟的方法对深水井爆破的破裂范围进行了数值模拟,模拟结果显示裂隙长度沿径向可以达到1.65 m,破碎空腔半径达0.25 m。按计算药量实施了深水井爆破,爆破后对深水井进行了抽水测试,出水量由爆破前的28 t/h增至要求的110 t/h,爆破效果到达要求。工程实践表明:此次深水井爆破药量较为合理,可以实现增加新裂隙的目的。The blasting method could increase the deep well water yield effectively. The key factor was to calculate the charge amount and to estimate the crack length. According to the experience, the explosive loading of the deep well blasting was determined. By theoretical calculation and rock crushing theory, the rupture radius of compression zone and fracture zone was 0.37 m and 1.62 re,respectively. Through the numerical calculation of ANSYS/LSDYNA,the radial crack length reached 1.65 m and crushing cavity radius reached 0.25 m. The deep well blasting project was carried out according to the calculation and pumping test after the blasting, and the result indicated the water yield increased from 28 t/h to 110 t/h. Engineering practice shows that the explosive loading was reasonable and good effect was obtained in the end.
