摘　　要：本文阐述了新型胸腔闭式引流包的设计及应用过程。该引流包主要由一次性套管针、一次性水封瓶和引流管组成,可对创伤性血气胸患者行快捷、安全、有效的胸腔闭式引流术,提高了救治时效性和成功率。This paper introduced the design and application processes of a new-type closed drainage package which was mainly composed of a disposable trocar, a disposable water-sealed bottle and a drainage tube for thorax. The closed thoracic drainage of patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax can be conducted rapidly, safely and effectively with the application of the drainage package, which can improve the timeliness and success rate of the treatment.
