摘　　要：本文阐述了手术分级管理信息化支撑平台的架构设计、主要功能模块设计及运行机制,同时阐述了规范和完善手术项目通用名称字典库、医疗差错事故信息库的作用和意义。该平台与医院信息系统(HIS)的无缝对接,实现了以信息化技术分级管理医生手术权限,使手术管理工作更加规范、高效、合理。This paper expounds the architecture design, main function modules and operation mechanism of information supporting platform for surgery grading management, as well as the function and signiifcance of the speciifcation and improvement of the dictionary library of surgery projects generic names and the information database of medical accidents. This paper also pointed out that the grading management of doctors’ operation permissions through information technologies has been implemented based on the seamless docking of the information supporting platform and HIS. Thus the more standardized, high-efifciency and reasonable surgery management can be implemented.
