摘　　要：目的探索医院多虚拟局域网(VLAN)环境下网络管理的有效方式。方法通过分析医院网络管理中存在的问题,提出利用PPPOE技术开展医院网络的接入管理;利用回程路由的方式,实现医院业务网与Internet网络的同步使用管理。结果通过PPPOE方式管理医院网络,能增强了医院网络安全性,实现了灵活高效的3层网络管理模式。结论 PPPOE技术适合应用于医院多VLAN环境下的网络管理。Objective To explore an efifcient way of network management in multi-vlan environment of the hospital. Method Based on the analysis of the problems exist in the hospital network management, PPPOE technology was proposed to implement the access management of the hospital network. The synchronous use management of the hospital service network and Internet network was implemented through return route. Results The safety of the hospital network has been improved and the three-layer network management mode has been implemented by managing the hospital network with PPPOE technology. Conclusion PPPOE technology is suitable for the network management in multi-vlan environment of the hospital.
