摘　　要：医院等级评审对信息化建设提出了更精细的要求,我院在评审的准备过程中,通过学习和领悟评审标准,结合我院信息化建设工作的实情,明确了医院信息化建设面对的挑战,并初步提出了改进信息系统的设计方法和思路。Hospital accreditation puts forward more detailed requirements for informationization construction of hospitals nowadays. In the process of preparing for accreditation of our hospital, review standards were studied and understood. Combined with the actual situation of informationization construction in our hospital, challenges which should be addressed were deifned, design methods and ideas which could improve information systems were preliminary put forward.
