摘　　要：目的：探讨动态平板透视摄影系统在全脊柱摄影中的价值。方法使用动态平板透视摄影系统对我院2013年5月～10月的21例疑似脊柱病变的患者进行全脊柱摄影。结果21例患者摄影全部一次成功，图像清晰、无运动伪影、无拼接痕迹、质量优良，均可满足诊断要求。结论动态平板透视摄影系统将数字化的透视与X片相结合，操作简便、快捷，成功率高，可为脊柱病变的临床诊断提供可靠的依据。Objective To investigate the value of dynamic lfat-panel X-ray photography system in whole spine photography. Methods The whole spinal bones of 21 patients with suspected spinal lesions in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2013 were observed with dynamic flat-panel X-ray photography system. Results All the patients were photographed successfully. The photographs which had the advantages of clear, no motion artifacts, no splicing trace and good quality could meet the requirements of diagnosis. Conclusion Dynamic flat-panel X-ray photography system which perfectly combines digital perspective and X-ray has advantages of convenient and rapid operation method as well as high success rate can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis of spinal lesions.
