摘 要:目的:探讨实时三维双平面法对胎儿心脏畸形的诊断价值。方法选择2008年12月~2013年5月于本院进行检查的420例孕妇,采用常规二维超声或实时双平面超声筛查胎儿心脏畸形,并对两种方法的敏感性和特异性进行比较。结果实时双平面超声法的敏感性和特异性分别为89.02%和95.94%,常规二维超声法的敏感性和特异性分别为71.74%和91.67%,敏感性差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),特异性差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论与常规二维超声相比,实时双平面法可提供更多的诊断信息,对胎儿心脏畸形的诊断具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of real-time three-dimensional biplane echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformation. Methods 420 pregnant women examined in our hospital from December 2008 to May 2013 were chosen. Conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and real-time biplanar ultrasound were used to screen fetal cardiac malformation. Then the sensitivities and speciifcities of the two methods were compared. Results The sensitivity and speciifcity of real-time biplanar ultrasound were 89.02%and 95.94%, respectively. The sensitivity and speciifcity of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound were 71.74%and 91.67%, respectively. There were signiifcant differences on sensitivities between the two methods in diagnosing fetal cardiac malformation (P〈0.05). However, the speciifcities were not signiifcant different between the two methods (P〉0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional two-dimensional ultrasound, real-time biplane echocardiography could provide more diagnostic information and had important clinical value in the diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformation.
