摘　　要：为满足中小棚烟苗穴盘式漂浮育苗烟苗剪叶的需求,减轻烟农劳动强度,提高剪叶效率,达到适时对漂浮育苗科学管理的目的,设计了一种台式烟苗剪叶机。该机具以1台单相异步电动机和1台膜片式电泵为动力源,可一次完成剪叶、喷药消毒等作业。根据育苗盘的结构,设计了独特的进出盘输送装置;根据漂浮育苗烟苗的生长特点,设计了钣金结构形式的剪叶罩以及合适的刀具倾角,使烟苗修剪区形成合理的负压,实现剪叶和碎叶的可靠回收。通过程控的药泵实现对烟苗的断续喷药消毒,达到节省药液和防止污染的目的。该机具可以达到平稳剪叶、剪叶高度可控可调以及效率高的目标,同时具有结构合理紧凑、移动方便、操作简单等优点。In order to meet, shed in tobacco seedling plug type floating seedling of tobacco leaf cutting demand, in order to reduce the labor intensity of farmers, improve leaf cutting efficiency, achieve timely for floating seedling of scientific management, design a desktop tobacco leaf cutting machine. The machine uses a single-phase asynchronous motor and a diaphragm type electric pump as the power source, the completion of a leaf cutting, spraying disinfectant. According to the seedling tray structure design, all the disk transport mechanism unique; according to the characteristics of floating seedling growth of tobacco seedlings, the unique design of the form of sheet metal shear leaf cover and tool angle reasonably, make the tobacco seedling trimmed to form a reasonable negative pressure, to achieve reliable cutting leaves and leaf recovery. The realization of tobacco seedling intermittent spray disinfectant by drug pump control, save chemicals and pollution prevention purpose. The machine can achieve a smooth leaf shearing, clipping height adjustable and high efficiency, and has the advantages of reasonable and compact structure, convenient to move, simple operation etc.
