摘 要:摘要:以热力学计算为基础,在120t钢包内进行了镁处理工业试验。结果表明采用缓释含镁包芯线技术可以实现镁合金的平稳喂人。检测到钢中ω(T.Mg)=0.0010%~0.0016%。喂线过程中无钢水增氮趋势,T.O含量降低显著,降低幅度约50%,钢水洁净度明显提高。镁处理后,SPHC钢中夹杂物由氧化铝转变为镁铝尖晶石或纯的氧化镁,尺寸从3~5/μm降至1~2/μm,夹杂物中镁含量与镁合金喂入量呈较好的对应关系。On thebasis of thermodynamic calculations, Mg-treatment experiments were carried out in 120 t ladle. The results showed that the slow-release cored wires containing magnesium can be injected smoothly into molten steel. Total magnesium mass fraction in molten steel was measured in the range of 0. 001 0% - 0. 001 6 %. During the process, nitrogen pick-up was not found. However total oxygen mass fraction was decreased 50 %, also cleanliness of steel was improved. After Mg- treatment, inclusions in SPHC steel changed from A1203 to spinel or pure MgO, and the size decreased from 3-5μm to 1-2μm. The magnesium mass fraction in inclusions presented a good correspondence with addition of magnesium alloy.
