摘  要:简述了钒钛铁水的物理特性和我国大多数冶炼钒钛铁水的钢厂在脱硫工艺上的选择;概括了镁基复合喷吹脱硫法的工艺原理和其应用于钒钛铁水脱硫的优势;对比国内常用的2种提钒脱硫工艺流程,分析并得出了先提钒后脱硫的工艺优势。通过对某钢厂生产数据的分析得出,采用镁基复合喷吹法对提钒后的半钢脱硫在脱硫剂的消耗、喷吹时间的长短与镁基复合喷吹脱硫法应用于常规高炉铁水脱硫时相当,且镁粉的消耗量随着半钢温度升高而增大,脱硫剂喷入量和喷吹时间对半钢温降的影响相对不明显。The physical properties of hot metal containing V-Ti and the choice of desulfurization process in China's V-Ti steel making factory had been discussed in this paper. The process principle of Magnesium Lime Co-Injection desulfurization and the advantages of its application to hot metal containing V-Ti desulfurization were summarized. By comparing two process flow of extracting vanadium and desulfurization, the advantage of first extracting vanadium then desulfurization was analyzed. Through the analysis of production data in a certain steel plant, a conclusion was reached that the desulfurization agent consumption and blowing time are equivalent between semi-steel desulfurization after extracting vanadium and hot metal desulfurization by using Magnesium Lime Co-Injection method. And the consumption of magnesium powder increases as the semi-steel temperature increases. Relatively, effects of desulfurization agent injection quantity and injection time on semi-steel temperature drop are not obvious.
