摘 要:为了考察210t板坯钢包加绝热板后的保温效果,应用ANSYS商业软件,建立了钢包在盛钢期的传热有限元模型。通过模型计算,得到了加绝热板和未加绝热板2种钢包在静置期间钢水的温降速率,并通过对比同包龄期2种钢包钢壳外部相同位置点温度来考察绝热板的使用效果。试验与有限元模型计算结果表明,绝热板的应用,显著降低了钢包外壁温度(平均温降达77~83℃),并使钢水温降速率减少0.105℃/min。The finite element model of heat transfer in steel containing period of ladle has been established by using of commercial software ANSYS in order to test the slab heat preservation effect of the insulation board on 210 t ladies. Through the calculation of the model, the molten steel temperature-drop rate has been obtained during static period in two kinds of ladle adding insulation board or not. The use effect of insulation board has been investigated through comparison with the same location temperature of two kinds of same-age ladle. The results of experiment and finite element models show that the ladle wall temperature has been significantly reduced because of the application of insulation board (the temperature-drop rate average temperature drop 77-83 ℃), and the molten steel has been decreased 0. 105 ℃/min.
