摘　　要：牡丹是原产中国的特有生物资源,中国栽培牡丹有2000多年的历史,经历了药用、观赏与综合利用三个发展阶段。牡丹容易大面积栽培,生态经济作用突出、牡丹籽产量高、籽油品质优,具有重要的开发利用价值。概要介绍了中国发展木本油料的重要意义,分析了我国油用牡丹的发展前景与关键技术,提出将油用牡丹归入新木本油料在国家层面加以发展的建议,指出了当前发展油用牡丹存在的问题,并提出了油用牡丹种植、加工和生态建设3个方面的相应对策。Tree peony （Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. ） is one of unique biological resources which originated from China. Tree peony has been cultivated for over 2 000 years in China, which has gone through three developmental stages including the medicinal, the ornamental and the comprehensive utilization periods. Tree peony has an important value in development and utilization because of its cultivation in large area, the outstanding ecological effect, the high yield of seeds and the high quality of seed oil. In this paper, the importance of developing woody oil is summarized in China; the prospects and the key technology of developing oil tree peony are analyzed. Proposal that oil tree peony should be developed under a new woody oil development at the national level is put forward, and the main problems of oil tree peony development is pointed out, and the three kinds of corresponding countermeasures from oil tree peony planting and processing and ecology in China are proposed.
