摘  要:目的评估济南市农村饮水型地方性氟中毒(地氟病)防治健康教育干预效果,为完善健康教育工作方法提供科学依据。方法根据济南市地方性氟中毒的历史病情,采用分层随机抽样方法,随机抽取4个县的12个乡的36个村,对小学生与育龄妇女开展地方性氟中毒健康教育,并通过比较知识知晓率变化评估干预效果。结果健康教育干预后,饮水型地方性氟中毒防治知识知晓率,小学生由57.22%上升为95.09%,家庭主妇由54.44%上升为95.19%,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=426.51,237.84,P<0.01)。地区间健康教育干预效果也有不同。结论在饮水型地方性氟中毒病区开展健康教育,可能将提高在校小学生和家庭主妇地氟病知识水平。应继续做好地氟病的健康教育工作,提高地氟病综合防治效果。Objective To evaluate the interventional effects of health education on drinking-water type endemic fluorosis in Jinan City.Methods Based on the historical records of endemic fluorosis in Jinan,36 villages of 12 towns in 4 counties were taken as samples through stratified random sampling method.Primary school kids and women of childbearing age were given health education on endemic fluorosis.The interventional effect was evaluated through the comparing the changes in rates of knowledge awareness.Results After the health educational intervention,the rates of knowledge awareness of health education on drinking-water type endemic fluorosis increased from 57.22% to 95.09% in the pupils and increased from 54.44% to 95.19%among the housewives,with significant statistical differences in both populations(χ2=426.51,237.84,P〈0.01).Geographical differences were also shown in the interventional effects.Conclusion Health education may improve the knowledge level about endemic fluorosis in pupils and housewives in regions with drinking-water endemic fluorosis.Health education ought to be provided continuously to improve the comprehensive prevention and control of endemic fluorosis.
