摘　　要：目的调查研究宜昌市职业人群中代谢综合征（MS）患病趋势,对本市职业人群MS患病规律进行分析,为本市MS卫生防控决策提供依据。方法采用抽样调查,对宜昌市15个单位职业人群共6 450人（其中男性3 284人,女性3 166人,年龄20-70岁）进行体格检查和空腹血糖、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等项目检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果宜昌市职业人群MS总患病率为10.06%,其中男性患病率为12.79%,女性患病率为7.23%。患病特点：男性40岁起患病率显著升高,且至60岁以后患病率稳定在15%-20%之间;女性随年龄增长患病率呈逐渐升高趋势,60岁以上患病率超过男性,达到18.48%。结论宜昌市职业人群中40岁以上男性、60岁以上女性为MS患病高风险人群,该群体应作为定期监测、预防和干预的重点。宜昌市职业人群患MS的最重要危险因素为空腹高血糖、低HDL-C血症。Objective To study the prevalence trend of metabolic syndrome among professional population in Yichang City,and analyze the characteristics of prevalence of MS.To provide the basis for early prevention and intervention of MS.Methods physical check-up was conducted and fasting blood,GLU,TG,HDL-C were measured in professional people of 6 450 people in 15 companies,Including 3 284 males,3 166 females,aged 20 to 70.Results The prevalence rate of MS was 10.06%,the average prevalence in males was 12.79% and 7.23% in females respectively.Clinical characteristics：there was a significant rise in incidence rate in males from 40 years old,and with a stable incidence rate between 15-20% in males after 60 years old;MS prevalence rate in females showed a trend of increasing along with the age growth,and the rate came up to 18.48% when females were over 60 years old which surpassed that of men.Conclusion Males over 40 and females over 60 years old of Yichang professional population belong to MS high-risk group,the group should be focused on regular monitoring,prevention and intervention.The most important factors of suffering from MS in Yichang professional population are fasting hyperglycemia,low HDL-C level.
