摘　　要：目的建立一种可以对奈瑟淋球菌临床菌株进行快速检测和分型的PCR方法。方法根据Genbank已报道的porinⅠ基因序列,设计合适的扩增引物和porinⅠ基因类型检测引物,运用多重PCR技术对确诊的浙江地区的奈瑟淋球菌临床菌株进行检测和类型分析。结果在分析的43株确诊的奈瑟淋球菌临床菌株中,建立的多重PCR法对porinⅠ基因检出率为100%,对porinⅠ基因分型正确率为95.35%。结论所建立的多重PCR法对于porinⅠ基因的检出率和分型正确率高,能用于奈瑟淋球菌临床株porinⅠ基因的的快速检测和分型。Objective To construct a PCR method of rapid detection and genotyping analysis for Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates.Methods Suitable primers of amplifying and analyzing the genetype of porinⅠ gene were designed according to the reference sequences of porinⅠ gene in Genbank and detect the types of porinⅠ genes of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates in Zhejiang Province by multiplex PCR.Results Of the 43 Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates,the detection rate of porinⅠ was 100% and the accurate rate of genotyping analysis of porinⅠ was 95.35% by the multiplex PCR.Conclusion The detection rate and accurate rate of genotyping analysis of the porinⅠ gene by the constructed multiplex PCR are high,which can be used for rapid detection and genotyping analysis of porinⅠ gene of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates.
