六盘水市2008-2012年手足口病监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解2008-2012年六盘水市手足口病的流行现状,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2008-2012年六盘水市手足口病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2008-2012年全市4个县(区、特区)共报告手足口病例9316例,发病率为63.37/10万,死亡10例,病死率为0.11%。其中钟山区发病数和发病率最高。4-7月为发病高峰。92.71%的病例是5岁以下婴幼儿,1岁组儿童发病率最高,并随年龄增大,发病率逐渐降低。男性发病率高于女性。2008-2012年全市共检测手足口病例标本853份,病毒核酸检测阳性率为61.90%,其中EV71检出阳性率34.23%;CA16检出阳性率16.65%;其他肠道病毒检出阳性率9.38%;检出EV71和CA16混合阳性率为1.64%。结论六盘水市手足口病发病有明显季节、年龄、性别差异,流行毒株以肠道病毒EV71和CA16为主,因此,要采取综合性预防控制措施预防该病的发生和降低流行强度。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD） in Liupanshui city from 2008 to 2012 and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of the disease.Methods The descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of HFMD in Liupanshui obtained from the National Disease Reporting Information System during 2008-2012.Results A total of 9 316 HFMD cases and 2 death cases were reported with the average annual morbidity of 63.37/lakh.The fatality rate was 0.11%.Most cases appeared between April and July.92.71% of all the cases was the children aged 〈5 years old.The incidence of the children aged 1 years was the most highest in the peoples.The incidence of HFMD was reducing along with ages.The incidence of males was higher than females.A total 853 samples were detected from 2010 to 2012.The positive rate of enterovirus was 61.90%,EV71 was 34.23%,CA16 was 16.65%,other enterovirus was 9.38% and the co-infection rate of EV71 and Cox A16 was 1.64%.Conclusion The time,geographic,gender and age distributions of HFMD cases are different in Liupanshui city during 2008-2012.The predominant strains are EV71 and CA16.Comprehensive measures have to be taken for HFMD prevention and control in infants and young children.
