普外科病房疑似手术部位医院感染暴发的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查某院普外科病房一起疑似医院感染暴发事件,探讨控制感染的有效措施,以减少类似医院感染事件的发生。方法启动医院感染暴发处置应急预案,对该院普外科病房2012年9月7日-30日期间发生的6例手术切口感染病例进行流行病学调查与相关因素分析,并采取相应的防控措施。结果根据流行病学调查、临床诊断及三间分布综合分析,考虑为聚集性手术部位感染病例,排除手术部位医院感染暴发,6例患者相继治愈出院。结论此次医院感染暴发虽被排除,但通过规范医护人员操作行为,提高手卫生依从性和医生的手术技术水平,加强手术间管理以及充分的术前准备等措施来切断内源性和外源性感染途径,能有效预防和控制手术部位医院感染的发生。Objective To investigate general surgery ward with suspected hospital infection outbreak in a hospital,to discuss the effective measures to control infection and reduce the occurrence of hospital infection of similar events.Methods Started emergency plans about disposal on hospital infection outbreak,and analyzed the general surgery wards on 7-30 September,2012.6 cases with surgical incision infection and the related factors analysis were epidemiological investigated,and took the corresponding prevention and control measures.Results According to the epidemiological investigation,clinical diagnosis and comprehensive analysis of the distribution,it was considered as clustering surgical site infections,and excluded outbreak of hospital surgical site infection,6patients recovered after being cured.Conclusion Although the hospital infection outbreak is excluded,but through the standard operation behavior of medical personnel,improve the hand hygiene compliance and doctors of the surgical technique level,strengthen the management and operation room sufficient preoperative preparation and measures to cut off ways of endogenous and external infection,can effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection happened in surgical site.
