摘 要:目的分析鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及耐药性,为临床医生合理使用抗生素及感染控制提供依据。方法应用西门子MicroScan微生物鉴定及药敏系统对2010-2012年分离得到的鲍曼不动杆菌进行细菌培养鉴定及药敏分析,应用WHONET5.4对数据进行分析统计。结果 626株鲍曼不动杆菌主要分布在ICU、呼吸内科、神经外科;标本来源以呼吸道痰标本为主(82.28%);多数常用抗生素平均耐药率超过75%,平均耐药率低于75%的抗生素有替卡西林/克拉维酸(72.5%)、亚胺培南(56.1%)、左氧氟沙星(70.8%)及复方新诺明(73.3%)。结论 2010-2012年鲍曼不动杆菌分离率及常用抗生素耐药率逐年提高,多重耐药性严重,应加强标本送检,根据药敏合理用药。加强院感工作,预防鲍曼不动杆菌在病区暴发流行。Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii.To provide the references for rational drug use of doctors and control nosocomial infection.Methods All acinetobacter baumannii isolated from 2010 to 2012 were identified and tested drug sensitivity by using MicroSscan(Sienems,German).The drug susceptibility data were analyzed by WHONET software V5.4.Results 626 strains of acinetobacter baumannii were mainly distributed in the ICU,department of respiratory medicine and department of neurosurgery.Specimens were mainly sputum samples(82.28%).The average resistance rate of most commonly used antibiotics was over 75%.Average resistance rate of antibiotic less than 75% were ticarcillin/clavulanate(72.5%),imipenem(56.1%),levofloxacin(70.8%) and cotrimoxazole(73.3%).Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii isolation rate and the rate of drug resistance increase by year.Multidrug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii is a severe problem.Clinical specimens transportation should be strengthened.Antibiotics usage should base on drug sensitivity report.The standard operation for infection prevention should be strengthened to prevent the nosocomial infection caused by acinetobacter baumanii.
