摘 要:为了在降低Zn2SiO4陶瓷烧结温度的同时使其保持优异的微波介电性能,分别以液相包覆法和固相混合法引入烧结助剂CuO制备了Zn2SiO4陶瓷。采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及闭腔法等对样品的烧结性能、相结构及微波介电性能进行了表征,研究了烧结助剂引入方式对Zn2SiO4陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:采用液相包覆法引入烧结助剂可以减少烧结助剂的加入量从而降低其对陶瓷微波介电性能的恶化。当包覆的CuSO4溶液的溶度为1.0mol/L时,经1 000℃烧结3 h所制得的Zn2SiO4陶瓷具有优异的微波介电性能:εr=6.8,Q·f=53 803 GHz,τf=–47×10-6/℃。In order to make Zn2SiO4 ceramics maintaining excellent microwave dielectric perfomance while dereasing the sintering temperature of the ceramics, Zn2SiO4 ceramics were prepared with CuO as sintering aid which was added by the liquid coating method and the solid phase mixing method. The sintering behavior, phase structure and microwave dielectric properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and shielded cavity method. The effects of adding method of sintering aid on properties of Zn2SiO4 ceramics were investigated. The result indicates that using the liquid coating method can reduce the adding amount of sintering aid and minimize the negative impact of sintering aid on microwave dielectric properties of ceramics. A ceramic composite which could be sintered well at 1 000 ℃ for 3 h and show good microwave dielectric properties of εr=6.8,Q·f = 53 803 GHz,τf = -47×10^-6/℃ is obtained when the Zn2SiO4 ceramics were coated with CuSO4 of 1.0 mol/L.
