摘　　要：中国乡村旅游的发展为第一与第三产业的结合找到了一个重要的切入点,成为平衡城乡发展和缩小城乡差距的重要渠道。要保障乡村旅游与新农村建设有效对接与互动,必须充分调动和发挥各相关利益主体的积极性与重要作用,以寻求协调、高效、共赢的合作共推模式,即:政府引导、农民主体、企业参与、市场拉动和协会监管。The development of China＇s rural tourism, which provided an important starting point for the combination beween the primary industry and the tertiary industry, has become an important channel in balancing the urban and rural development and in shortening the urban-rural gap. To guarantee the effective integration and interaction between rural tourism and new rural construction, it is necessary to fully mobilze the initiative of stakeholders and exert their important role in search of the coordinated, efficient and win-win cooperation pattern, by strengthening government guidance, the dominant position of farmers, enterprise participation, market stimulation and industry regulation.
