摘　　要：加快完善社会主义市场经济体制和加快转变经济发展方式已然成为当前社会共识,我国现代马业的发展也同样走到了转变发展方式、改革发展模式的关键历史时期,随着我国赛马俱乐部的发展,现代马业发展社会基础已然形成。但我国现代马业发展面临着产业发展水平落后,产业链显得较为单一,商品附加值低等问题,构建体育彩票与赛马赛事的结合的新体系无疑是一种创新和尝试,新的产业发展模式的加入必将给传统的马业带来发展的新契机和新突破,是突破我国马业发展瓶颈,改变以往粗放发展模式的新路径。Accelerate the improvement of the socialist market economic system and accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development has become the consensus of the community, the development of China＇s modern horse industry also went to the critical period of change in mode of development, reform and development mode,with the development of our country＇s Jockey Club, foundation of the development of society in modern horse industry has formed. But the development of the modern horse industry in China is facing the industrial development level, industrial chain is relatively single, low value-added products, combined with the construction of sports lottery and the race of the new system is an innovation and try, new opportunity and new breakthrough industry new development mode is bound to join the traditional horse industry bring development, is the breakthrough in the development of China horse industry bottleneck, a new path to change the extensive mode of development.
