摘　　要：通过采用回顾性分析方法,分别对乙酰氨基酚、布洛芬、安痛定、安乃近、赖氨匹林不良反应进行文献分析。运用比较研究法,介绍美国FDA和欧盟EMA用药指南、风险管理策略及风险干预措施,对比国内外对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬的儿科说明书情况,对我国儿童用退热药管理中存在的问题进行汇总分析,进而为儿童退热类化学药品的合理使用提供建议和参考。The retrospective study was used to review the adverse drug reaction of paracetamol, ibuprofen, alidine, analgin and aspirin-DL-lysine. Using method of comparative study, we introduced the medication guide, risk management strategy and risk intervention measures of FDA and EMA.Comparing pediatric labeling of paracetamol and ibuprofen between China and the U.S. This paper analyzed the reasons of problems existing in different aspects of pediatric antipyretic administration and gave proposals for its use.
