摘　　要：研究显示血脂紊乱是冠心病发生的重要危险因素，近50%冠心病的发病与遗传因素密切相关。近年研究发现多个影响血脂水平的单核苷酸多态性位点。该文综述影响血脂水平的单核苷酸多态性位点。Studies have indicated approximate 50% cases of coronary heart disease are closely associat-ed with genetic factors and it. It is well evidenced that lipid abnormality is the important risk factors of coronary heart disease. Many single nucleotide polymorphisms that influence levels of blood lipids were found and con-firmed in recent years. The article summarized the single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with the level of lipid.
