摘  要:对暴发类麻疹综合症的恒河猴病料组织进行了电镜观察,发现有副粘病毒粒子,然后分别合成了麻疹病毒及犬瘟热病毒的特异性引物,对病料进行RT-PCR扩增,从发病死亡的恒河猴脏器中扩增到犬瘟热病毒核蛋白基因287bp的特异片断,而麻疹病毒的检测为阴性.扩增到的犬瘟热病毒核酸片段经序列测定并与GenBank中的犬瘟热病毒毒株进行了比较,发现死亡恒河猴脏器中扩增到的片段序列与犬瘟热病毒疫苗株Onderstepoort、标准野毒株A75-17基因序列的同源性较高,研究结果表明引起恒河猴发病的病原体为麻疹病毒属的犬瘟热病毒.To investigate the etiology of measles-like syndrome in rhesus monkey, the tissues of the dead monkey were observed through electron microscope. The virions of paramyxovirus were finded. Then primeres of measles virus and canine distemper virus were synthesized to detece the organs of rhesus monkey by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. A 287bp nucleotides fragment of CDV nu- cleoprotein gene was amplified from the organs of rhesus monkey and the amplification of measles virus was negative. Positive amplification was sequenced and analysised. The nucleotide sequences of the N gene have high homology with CDV vaccine strain(Onderstepoort) and typical wild strain(A75-17). The etiology of measles-like syndrome in rhesus monkey was canine distemper virus.
