多色集合层次结构的产品族建模及应用

摘　　要：为了快速从产品族模块中配置满足用户需求的产品零部件,以产品族设计为研究对象,提出了基于多色集合层次理论的产品族配置建模方法.建立产品族模型与客户需求之间的映射关系,利用推理矩阵完成产品族元素选择,实现用户需求到不同产品组合方案的推理过程,采用约束矩阵解决方案中存在功能之间以及零部件之间的冲突问题.实例验证结果表明,该建模方法简便易行,便于形式化表述,有利于产品族模块配置,满足大规模定制的快速需求.In order to choose the parts of product filmily for customers’ requirements ,the product filmily is regarded as a certain research object .The method for product filmily configuration modeling , which is based on polychromatic sets hierarchical structure theory ,is put forward .And a mapping relationship between product filmily elements and customers ’ requirements is established . The deduction from requirements to product filmily elements with selecting product filmily elements in the reasoning matrix is realized ;and some conflict between the function model and product components with constraint matrix is solved .Experiment results show that the proposed modeling method is simple and easier to achieve the formal representation ,benefits the product filmily configuration modeling and meets the rapid requirements in mass customization .
