摘 要:混凝土渗透性一直是混凝土耐久性能的重要指标,为了探求混凝土中骨料及界面区对混凝土渗透性能的影响,试验引入了混凝土界面区,将混凝土看成是由砂浆、骨料及两者的界面区共同组成的三相材料,通过砂浆及规则骨料混凝土的快速渗透试验,计算各试件的混凝土氯离子扩散系数,进而分析骨料及界面区对混凝土渗透性能的影响。结果表明:当混凝土中骨料含量增加10%时,其扩散系数将下降12.7%;而当骨料含量增加到20%,其扩散系数下降了33.8%,骨料对混凝土渗透性有着较大的影响;混凝土中界面区扩散系数约为砂浆扩散系数的40倍,混凝土中界面区的增长也将增大混凝土的渗透性能。Permeability of concrete has been an important indicator of the durability of concrete,in order to explore the affect of aggregate and interfacial transition zone on the permeability of concrete. The interfacial transition zone was introduced in the test;concrete is seen as a three-phase material is composed with the mortar,aggregates and interfacial transition zone. Base on the rapid penetration tests was launch on mortar and rule aggregate concrete specimens,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of specimens were calculated,and the affect of aggregate and interfacial transition zone on the permeability of concrete was further analyzed. The result showed that aggregate had a greater impact on the permeability of concrete. When the concrete aggregate content increased by 10%,the diffusion coefficient will decrease by 12.7%;and when aggregate content increased by 20%,the diffusion coefficient decreased by 33.8%. The diffusion coefficient in interfacial transition zone was about 40 times in mortar,an increase in the interfacial zone of concrete will also increase the permeability of concrete.
