摘　　要：基于现状考察而探讨转型升级必要性,构建沿价值链转型升级理论框架,基于核心边缘论作出转型升级路径选择,研究结果表明,核心企业选择构建国家价值链的跨越式路径,边缘企业选择嵌入全球价值链的渐进式路径,两类路径又各自细分为3种子路径。还设计转型升级的4种基本模式,剖析转型升级模式选择的影响因素,给出转型升级模式选择依据,最后提出适合的对策建议。The paper discusses the necessity of transformation and upgrading based on situation investigation,builds theo-retical framework of transformation and upgrading along value chain,and makes transformation and upgrading paths selec-tion under core-periphery theory view. This study result shows that core enterprises should choose leap-type transforma-tion and upgrading path to build national value chain,and edge companies should choose gradual type of transformation and upgrading path to insert into global value chain. Two types of paths are subdivided into three specific subpaths respectively.Then,four transformation and upgrading models are designed. Based on this,the paper dissects influence factors of trans-formation and upgrading models selection and provides models selection criterion for communication and electronic equip-ment manufacturing industry in China. Finally,suitable countermeasures and suggestions are given.
