摘　　要：面临发达国家严格的绿色贸易壁垒,针对我国绿色技术创新的法律法规不完善、政策协调性差、公共支撑体系薄弱等问题,通过引入SWOT分析法,从战略的高度全面审视我国构建绿色专利战略的优势、劣势以及存在的机会和面临的威胁,构建适合我国土壤的绿色专利战略。Developing green technology and searching for patent protection are effective ways to deal with these problems.Under the background of restrictive green trade barriers from developed countries,and faced with the imperfect laws,unco-ordinated policy and inadequate public support system in our country,it is crucial to adopt SWOT analysis to build green patent strategy through reviewing on China’ s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats from a strategic perspec-tive.
