摘 要:目的探讨尿β痕迹蛋白(BTP)/Cr是否存在性别、年龄差异。方法选择511例健康体检者作为研究对象,男259例,年龄22--78岁,女252例,年龄21--77岁。按照性别、年龄进行分组。用乳胶颗粒增强免疫散射比浊法检测尿BTP,碱性苦味酸法测定肌酐,结果以BTP/Cr表示。结果尿BTP/Cr结果呈非正态分布。男性尿BTP/Cr中位数(四分位数)为2.78(1.74,4.01)mg/g,女性尿BTP/Cr中位数(四分位数)为1.50(0.94,2.48)mg/g,男性结果高于女性(P〈0.01)。按年龄分组,男性尿BTP/Cr随年龄增加而降低,20~29岁组与30~39岁组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而30~39岁组与40~49岁组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),40岁以上年龄组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。女性尿BTP/Cr变化随年龄增加而降低,20~29岁组高于其他4组(P〈0.01);而其他4组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。以第95百分位数作为参考区间上限,男性20~39岁、〉40岁和女性20~29岁、〉30岁年龄组尿BTP/Cr分别为7.84、5.23、4.38、3.86 mg/g。结论尿BTP/Cr存在年龄、性别差异。Objective To observe the differences of ratio of urinary β-trace protein (BTP) to creatinine (Cr) in gender and age. Methods A total of 511 healthy subjects, including 259 males aged from 22 to 78 and 252 females aged from 21 to 77, were enrolled in this study. All the participants were divided into different groups according gender and age. The samples of urina sanguinis were collected for detecting BTP and Cr. Latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay was used for analysis of BTP and alkaline picrate method was used to determine Cr level. The results were expressed by the ratio of BTP/Cr. Results The ratio of BTP/Cr in urina sanguinis displayed non-normal distribution. The median values of BTP/Cr in male and female were 2.78 ( 1.74-4.01 ) and 1.50 (0.94-2.48) mg/g respectively and it meaned BTP/Cr in males was significantly higher than that in females ( P 〈 0. 001 ). In males, the values of urina BTP/Cr were decreased following increased age. There was no significant difference of BTP/Cr between the groups of 20 to 29 years and 30 to 39 years ( P 〉 0.01 ), while the value of BTP/Cr in 30 to 39 year group was significantly higher than that in 40 to 49 years group (P 〈 0.05). There was no statistical difference of the value of BTP/Cr in the males over 40 years groups and no decreased ratio of urina BTP/Cr with increased age was found ( P 〉 0.05 ). In females the values of urina BTP/Cr were also decreased following increased age. The values of 20-29 years were higher than those of other 4 groups of different age ( 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59 and o- ver 60 years) , but there was no statistically difference among the 4 groups. When the 95% confidence interval was used as the upper limit of clinical reference range, the values of urina BTP/Cr of males in 30 to 39 years and over 40 years group were 7.84 and 5.23 rag/g, while the value of females in 20 to 29 and over 30 years group were 4.38 and 3.86mg/g respectively.
