摘　　要：目的为了保证基层实验室质量管理体系的有效运行。方法在实际工作中发现体系运行过程中存在的问题,分析问题,总结经验。结果找出问题原因,提出质量管理体系运行过程中的有效建议。结论通过查找问题,改进不足,让质量管理体系在不断改进中完善。Objective To ensure the effective operation of the laboratory quality management system. Methods In practical work,found problems in the process of the operation of the system, analyzed the problems, summed up experience. Results We found out the reasons of problems, put forward effective suggestions operation processes of the quality management system. Conclusion Through the problems, wish improve the quality management system in the continuous improvement.
