摘　　要：目的了解我国1991-2010年学校群体性癔症的流行特征,为避免以后这一现象在学校中发生提供一定的科学依据。方法通过文献检索,收集1991-2010年20年175篇文献,对其中描述详实并诊断明确的107起学校群体性癔症暴发事件进行流行病学分析。结果在107起学校群体性癔症暴发事件中,70起是由公共卫生事件引发,24起由精神因素引发。癔症发生的最大群体是中小学生,且女性高于男性,春季发生最多,发生在农村及乡镇的事件数要高于县市。结论学校是群体性癔症的高发场所,学校群体性癔症一旦发生将会对社会,学校,家庭以及儿童造成严重的影响,因此,中小学教育工作者应正确了解"群体性癔症"的知识,禁用体罚、讽刺、羞辱等教育方法,并采取一系列积极的措施来预防癔症的发生,在家庭教育中,家长应避免强迫孩子参加各种辅导班,而应带领孩子参加各种有益的社会活动,培养孩子积极向上的健康心理,增强孩子的抗挫折能力,从而预防癔症的发病。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of the mass hysteria in schools from 1991 to 2010, as well as provide scientific basis to avoid the mass hysteria in schools in the future. Methods Literatures on the outbreaks of mass hysteria in schools between 1991 and 2010 were retrieved through subject headings and keywords search in the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database. Epidemiological analysis was performed on the 107 mass hysteria cases in schools, including 101 cases with clear and detailed diagnosis. Results Among those 107 school mass hysteria cases, 70 cases were caused by public health events, and 24 cases were caused by psychological factors. The major population was primary and secondary school students. The majority of the patients were female which was higher than the amount of male. The incidence in spring was the highest among the four seasons. The cases occurred in rural areas were more than those in counties or cities. Conclusion This study indicates that the focus on the mental health education should be strengthened for the students in primary and secondary schools, especially in rural areas, and in the female population.
