维持性血液透析患者生活质量、睡眠质量与透析充分性相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析患者生活、睡眠质量与透析充分性之间的相互关系,为临床提供依据。方法选取西宁地区肾内科维持性血液透析100例患者为研究对象进行横断面研究。以Kt/V≥1.3,URR≥70%为评价标准,分为透析充分组、透析不充分组。对两组患者用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评定其主观睡眠质量和生活质量。结果透析充分组患者的睡眠质量在入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍及PSQI总分等方面较透析不充分者明显改善;从生理功能、总体健康、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康和SF-36总分等方面充分性血液透析可有效提高患者生活质量。结论充分性血液透析能有效提高患者的生活和睡眠质量。Objective To study the relationship of life quality and sleep quality between dialysis adequacy of patients who received maintenance hemodialysis, and provide the basis for clinical practice. Methods We chose 100 patients with maintenance hemodialysis from renal department of Xining region as our subjects in this cross-sectional study. We chose ≥Kt/V 1.3, ≥URR70% as the evaluation standard, and the patients were divided into dialysis adequately, inadequate dialysis group. With Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） and concise health questionnaire（SF-36）, assessed the subjective sleep quality and the quality of life in two groups. Results Sleep quality including time to fall asleep, sleep time, sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction and PSQI scores of adequate dialysis patients were better than that of the inadequate dialysis one; in regard of physiological function, overall health, social function, emotional function, mental health and total score in SF-36, adequacy hemodialysis could effectively improve patients＇ quality of life. Conclusion Sufficiency hemodialysis can effectively improve the patients＇ quality of life and sleep.
