摘　　要：结核病的蛋白质组学研究是当前的热点,蛋白质组学用来反映结核分枝杆菌感染的瞬时状态,并已用于结核分枝杆菌蛋白质组成及其抗原、血清蛋白质指纹谱、耐药性分析等方面的研究。本文将蛋白质组学技术应用于结核病的诊断进展做一综述,对结核病发病机制的阐明、疫苗的设计、新药的制备以及疾病的预防有重要的临床意义。Proteomic analysis of tuberculosis is the current hot, which is used to reflect the instantaneous infection state of mycobacterium tuberculosis in tuberculosis protein and antigen, serum protein fingerprinting, drug resistance analysis. This paper gives a review of advances in diagnostic application of proteomics in tuberculosis, which has important clinical significance in explanation of pathogenesis of tuberculosis, vaccine design, medicine preparation and disease prevention.
