摘　　要：目的分析安阳市2004-2011年人间布鲁氏杆菌病发病的流行病学特征,为防治和控制安阳市布病疫情提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统的2004-2011年安阳市布病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2004-2011年安阳市布病发病数为501例,发病率呈上升趋势,发病率波动在0.21/10万～3.32/10万之间。男女性别比为：3.77︰1。以青壮年病例居多,30～65岁年龄组402例,占发病总数的80.24%。患者职业以农民为主,共158例,占92%。平均年发病率以林州市最高,为2.68/10万。全年均有发病,每年5-6月份发病人数达到最高水平,占总数的29.06%。结论农村男性青壮年是布病发生的高危人群,发病季节集中在3-9月份,应围绕季节性大力普及布病防治知识,加强重点人群个人防护教育,提高自我防护意识。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis of Anyang City from 2004 to 2011, and provide some basis for prevention and control of brucellosis in Anyang City. Methods Took descriptive epidemiological method to analyze the brucellosis epidemic data of Anyang from 2004 to 2011 from China Disease Prevention and Control Information Systems. Results From 2004 to 2011, the number of brucellosis cases in Anyang City was 501, and the morbidity rate was rising, fluctuating between 0.21 per one hundred thousand with 3.32 per one hundred thousand. The ratio of male and female was of 3.77： 1. The majority cases were young adults, and 30-65 year old age group had 402 cases, which mainly accountied for 80.24% of the total. The profession of brucellosis cases was mainly farmer, including 158 cases, accounting for 92%. The average annual incidence rate of Linzhou was the highest, achieving 2.68 per one hundred thousand. The brucellosis disease attacks were throughout the year, the highest level would be reached 29.06% during May and June. Conclusion The high-risk population is rural male youths in brucellosis, and onset seasons are concentrated in March-September. We should vigorously popularize knowledge of prevention and cure of brucella around season, strengthen personal protective education and improve self-protection consciousness in the key crowd.
