摘 要:目的调查、分析和处置此次H5N1禽流感农场暴发疫情的流行情况,探讨有效防控措施。方法对养殖场的35018只鸡进行扑杀和无害化处理,对密切接触人员隔离和医学观察,采集职业暴露者的咽拭子标本,通过荧光RT-PCR方法检测,对疫点周围农民开展调查。结果 2012年3月27日-4月8日,控制住H5N1禽流感疫情,标本核酸检测为阴性,密切接触人员和疫点周围农民均无流感样临床症状。结论此次H5N1禽流感动物暴发疫情,通过卫生和农业两部门积极采取措施,疫情得到控制,方法有效,未发生人感染疫情。Objective The research was designed to investigate, analyze and dispose the epidemic outbreak of avian influenza H5N1, and study effective prevention and control measures. Methods Culled and buried 35 018 chickens. Isolated and surveyed the close contacts, collected throat swabs of occupational exposure cases, then rapidly tested by fluorescence RT-PCR. Investigated farmers around epidemic spot. Results From 27 March to 8 April in 2012, influenza H5N1 was controlled, nucleic acid tested was negative, the close contacts and farmers had no clinical symptoms of influenza. Conclusion The epidemic of avian influenza H5N1 is controlled by positive measures from hygiene and agriculture departments.There is no spread of the avian influenza.
