美国临床修订版疾病分类体系研究

摘　　要：目的更新并修订我国的疾病分类体系。方法把我国现行疾病分类体系与美国最新的临床修订版疾病分类体系ICD-10-CM做比较分析,寻找不足,以供改进。结果美国最新分类体系广泛引入医学前沿分类方法,与临床结合紧密,能满足多方需求,优于我国现行疾病分类体系,可以借鉴。结论我国需要更新现行分类体系,建立一套符合我国国情的ICD-10修订版。Objective To update and revise the disease classification system in China. Methods The difference of disease classification system between China and America was compared and analyzed, and the problem was found out to improve the system in China. Results The new disease classification system in American was widely introduced into the frontiers of medical science, and it can meet the various requirements, which can be referred by us. Conclusion We should update our disease classification right now,and revise the Chinese ICD-10-CM Edition.
