摘　　要：黄芩苷是一种黄酮类化合物,属葡萄糖醛酸苷类,提取分离于黄芩的干燥根中,具有广泛的生物学功能。本文就黄芩苷的抗氧化、抗炎、抑菌以及免疫调节等生物学功能以及其作为动物饲料添加剂在畜禽生产中的应用作一综述,旨在为系统深入开展有关研究提供参考。Baicalin is a flavonoid, a kind of glucuronide family, isolated from Scutellaria＇s dried roots, with a wide range of biological functions. In this paper, the biological functions of baicalin , including antioxidant ability, antiinflammatory response, antibacterial and immune regulation, and the applications as a kind of feed additive in animal feed are reviewed in order to provide a reference for further research in this field.
