宜春市非检测因素引起血液报废原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的调查分析非血液检测因素造成血液报废的原因,寻找降低此原因引起血液报废的有效措施及对策减少血液资源的浪费。方法对血站2011~2013年非检测因素血液报废数量及原因、品种进行归类、统计。结果2011~2013年报废血液的数量从多到少依次为脂肪血、过期血、不足量、血袋破损、渗漏;按血液品种报废统计,以血浆的报废居首,血小板报废居其次,依次为红细胞制剂、全血。结论对非检测因素引起的血液报废原因进行分析,制定相应的措施和对策,规范采供血各部门、各个环节的操作,可有效控制血液报废。Objective To analyze non-detection-elated reasons for blood discarding, to look for effective measures to re- duce blood disacrding. Methods The tpye and amount of blood discarded for reasons not related to detection from 2011 to 2013 in Yichun blood center were classified and statistically analyzed. Results From 2011 to 2013, the main reasons for blood discarding were ：fat blood, expired blood, underweight units, bag breakage and leakage（ descending with the amount of discarded blood）. Classified according to the blood types, discarded plasma accounted for the largest propotion,followed by platelet,red blood cell preparation and whole blood. Conclusion Through analyzing the non-detection-related reasons for blood discarding, formulating corresponding measures and countermeasures and standardizing operation, in all departements and donnation processes,we can effectively control blood discarding..
